Examination revealed pill-rolling tremors, cogwheel rigidity, lead-pipe rigidity, and a festinating gait. During the course of the disease, he developed symptoms and signs suggestive of Motor Neuron Disease. The diagnosis of MND was further supported by EMG findings.
